Welcome to the AI Drive Batch Renamer (also referred to as "Renama"). Before accessing, connecting, or using this batch processing manager on your personal folders, please review these terms. By using the app, you agree to these fair and transparent practices.
Fair Use Safeguards & Controls
Because we value safety, we have explicitly built a real-time, interactive Live Preview Board. This is designed to let you see exactly how every single filename and folder path will be written before you commit to changes. We advise you to check your patterns in preview to be absolutely certain of the formatting.
● 1. Authorization & Google Services
To operate as advertised, the software requires you to authorize Google Drive OAuth access. You represent and guarantee that you hold complete legal ownership or authorization over the files, text resources, subfolders, and documents inside the drive folders you enter into the path scanning inputs. You must never attempt to hijack, inject unauthorized IDs, or scan resources belonging to other individuals without permission.
● 2. App Presentation Model (As-Is Service)
Since all file operations are fully client-authorized and live previews are displayed first, you understand that the application is provided "as-is". In the event of naming formatting errors or unpredicted extension overrides, you can use our built-in session Undo Target Action as a best-effort fix, but we cannot be liable for data loss or misplaced directories. We strongly advise backing up critical business files before executing bulk file transformations.
● 3. Fair AI Model Processing & Free Credits
The AI mode generates suggested names by communicating with Google's Gemini APIs. We offer a fair, daily-renewed free tier of credits to let you process folder profiles. Users are strictly prohibited from writing or utilizing malicious automation bots to rapidly drain, flood, or manipulate the backend AI endpoint limits. Access keys can be banned or suspended instantly if automated credit manipulation is discovered.
● 4. Prohibited Behaviors & Abuse
When using these file renaming components, you guarantee that:
- You will not upload or attempt to feed malware, trojans, or executable scripts designed to search for security exploits inside cloud containers.
- You will respect the speed boundaries of Google's query quota limits.
- You will not build fake clones pretending to represent our service or Google Workspace Marketplace add-ons.
